Position battle rules

1)Firstly, before anything, contact the person you are going to challenge via PM.
--Make sure you are challenging someone in your own faction. The Tercera Espada cannot challenge the 2nd devision Captain.
--On top of that, you cannot have a position battle with someone of a lower rank.
--If the other person does not reply after 2 days, then don't think you have the position. Contact again.
--Contact an admin, who will overlook your fight.
--Organize a fight time when you will both be on, along with an admin present. this alloows for a fluid fight.

2) NORMAL FIGHT RULES APPLY. This means no godmodding, metagaming or any of the sort.

3) Once the fight is initiated, the fighters have 2 days to reply to a post. this means 48 hours. if someone posts at 47 hours and 59 minutes, it counts. On the other hand, if someone posts afew minutes outside of 48 hours, it also still counts.

4) If one fighter gives in/ loses the fight/ does not reply after two days, HE LOSES HIS RANK.

5) If the challenger wins, his rank is given to the loser.

On a side note. If a captain loses a fight, so long as he remains under the power of the Gotei 5, HE CANNOT USE BANKAI.
